Qualification:         UCE Certificate

Working experience:        At least 2 years in product sales activities

Age:   20 years and not above 35

Job Function:

The Sales representative shall be in charge of the society’s marketing activities; shall perform any duties by delegation of the marketing officer’s direction, control and supervision.

Main tasks

1. Create opportunities for new R&G coffee markets while strengthening the existing ones
2. Negotiate deals favorably with local buyers of the final R&G product for competitiveness
3. Facilitate the creation and promotion of Kibinge’s coffee final products
4. Ensure excellent delivery of the final R&G product to the final consumer
5. Conduct market research about local coffee-drinking habits
6. Assist in the planning and development of the local coffee shop
7. To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager.
8. Make deliveries to as many sales points as possible
9. Monitor the shelf life of coffee and withdraw expired coffee from the market.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the marketing and distribution.
Good customer care communication skills
